Delivery Time, Dispatching & Conditions

For all orders that are in stock will be delivered by Tips@ and UPS within 3 days.

For all orders not in stock, we will confirm to you delivery time prior to accepting your order.

Orders  delivered by Tips@ and UPS are usually within 3 days on collection from our store.

Once the order is dispatched, the Client can always check the situation of his order using Tips@ and UPS web page.

- If the parcel could not be delivered because of  erroneous Address or absence of the collection party, Tips@ and UPS will get in touch with the client to agree a new delivery time. There will ONLY be three attempts of delivery; on non-deliver the order the transport agency will return it to our store, charging the client for the corresponding postage and packing.

- Orders made after 16:00 h can be processed on the following working day.

- Orders which been paid by bank transfer will be processed as soon as the payment is received.  This normally takes 24/48 hours more.  It is very  important to send a copy of the payment together with the order number by e-mail so to enable to preparation of the stock.

- Orders in remote locations may be take more time to deliver.

For international shipping,  the delivery time will be from 1 to 4 weeks. In case you want it quicker, please inform us at info@e-cocinasplus.com, and we will calculate an express shipping.

The international dispatches are sent by UPS.

Once the orders were collected by the transport company, an e-mail will be sent to the client with the number of reference. After this the client can trace their order through Tips@ or UPS web page.

UPS delivery company normally does not call before delivering.  After the first attempt at delivery UPS will leave a card with their contact details so you can arrange a time for delivery.  UPS will ONLY make 3 attempts to delivery in total.  In the event of non-delivery the order will be returned our store.

All orders (due to not being able to deliver) that need to re-dispatch from our stores will incur additional delivery charges.

Invoices:    Please keep your invoice or proof of purchase as you may require this for your guarantee, especially for electrical good.

Free Shipping
We do our best to offer free shipping on all shipments, but unfortunately some of our products, mainly mirrors, furniture, tall sculptures and barbecues are not included in this offer.
Cyprus, San Marino, Luxemburg & Vatican City are not included as part of the Free Shipping promotion.

Order Fulfilment and Cancellations
If for whatever reason EC Plus cannot fulfil your order, EC Plus reserves the right to cancel your order and within a minimum of 48 hours a refund and credit note will be created against the order made.
