Refunds & Returns

Cocinasplus Design s.l.u. establishes a term of 14 days for the returns, if you are not satisfied with your order. If for any reason you want to return us a product, this has to be within 14 days of receiving your order, all returned items must be in original and unused condition complete with packaging, with any attached labels and in perfect condition.

If the received goods were defective or didn’t correspond to the requested product you need to notify us immediately and no later than 48 hours after receiving the product and  we will replace it immediately without any additional cost for the client.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If when you receive the package there is visible damage to the packaging itself, please ensure that this is noted on the delivery note that the courier will provide you with. If the visible damage is extensive, do not accept the package. 

Next step:

1) Send us an e-mail to info@cocinasplus.com within 14 calendar days from the date when you received the order which we will confirm with the courier service.  Please state the number of the order and the reason for wanting to return the article.

2) As soon as the return request is received, we will get in touch with you to indicate the next steps to process the return.

3) Within a period of 5 working days from its request, our courier service will collect the items to be returned as in the schedule indicated by us. The transport expenses will be paid by the client. If the client prefers, it can be send with another company of logistics, at their expense.

4) Prepare the returns in their original packaging and make sure any external packaging is sufficient for returning to our stores.  All articles returned should not have been used or manipulated. The return must fulfill these conditions to be accepted.

5) As soon as the returns are received in our offices and inspected, we will send an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return.

6) On acceptance of the return, we have 4 to 7 working days to reimburse the purchase amount less carriage where applicable.  The refund will be carried out by the way of payment that was used in the purchase where possible or by bank transfer.
