Do you Ship Worldwide?
Yes we do!  We use Fedex, TNT, UPS, DHL, GLS and other carriers contracted via our logistic partners. Some of the products we offer require a custom quotation as they are either very large and/or heavy. Just contact us by emailing [email protected]

Does shipping include insurance?
Yes, we always send our shipments insured.

Do you provide a tracking number for shipments?
Yes, we do. You will receive the tracking number once you place your order and will be notified by email througout the shipment process. For a small percentage of our shipments, we are unable to provide an automatic tracking service as the carriers do not support it but we can keep you updated via email.

Our prices are inclusive of European Sales Tax.
If you live outside of the European Union, we are not legally allowed to charge you the sales tax of 21%.
When you get to the checkout and select your country outside of Europe, the sales tax will be deducted from your order. Please bear in mind that you are responsible for any sales or import duty to receive the product in your country of origin. Please bear in mind that your shipping and billing address must be outside of Europe.
